Stellafai Advocate Programme

Advocate Programme terms and conditions.

Please read how advocacy and commission work. When you are ready, record your agreement below and choose whether to join the programme or make an introduction.

Version 1.0 · 16 September 2026

A clear way to share value

Introduce Stellafai to someone who may benefit, or choose to share your experience in a conversation with a prospective customer. Commission is considered when advocacy contributes to a signed customer deal and is confirmed in a deal agreement.

1. Who can participate

Advocates may have attended an Outcome Enablement session or a Stellafai workshop, used the Stellafai Operating System, or followed our work closely and wish to share it. Participation is voluntary. Stellafai may approve or decline participation, including where a conflict of interest makes it unsuitable.

2. Qualifying contribution

Tell Stellafai about a prospective customer and make the introduction so we can record it in our system. We may also invite you to share your genuine experience with a lead already in our pipeline. Further sales conversations are optional. Your contribution and potential eligibility should be discussed and recorded with us before the deal closes. There is no payment solely for an introduction.

3. Approval and deal agreement

When the customer contract is signed, Stellafai will identify the qualifying advocate organisations and record the customer, contribution, initial contract term and nominated recipient in a separate deal agreement. Commission applies only to approved contributions documented in a completed deal agreement.

4. One entitlement per organisation

Each qualifying advocate organisation receives one 20% entitlement per deal, regardless of how many colleagues take part. Organisations under common ownership or control count as one. Separately qualifying organisations may each receive 20%. Each organisation nominates one recipient or an eligible charity; it may nominate a replacement recipient if the person leaves.

5. What commission covers

Commission is 20% of qualifying recurring subscription revenue actually received from the named customer under its initial contract term. Eligible bolt-ons, enablement services and additional teams are included. It adjusts for upgrades, downgrades or package changes. VAT, refunds, credits, unrelated charges and revenue from other companies in the customer's group are excluded.

6. When payment starts and stops

Commission is calculated at contract signature and paid monthly in arrears after Stellafai receives the corresponding customer payment. Annual customer payments are allocated to monthly commission payments. Commission pauses for unpaid customer amounts. Future commission ends when the initial contract term ends or the contract ends earlier; renewals are excluded. Already earned commission remains payable.

7. Independence and disclosure

Advocates must disclose employment, procurement, ownership or decision-making relationships connected to an opportunity. When recommending Stellafai, disclose that you or your organisation may receive commission if a deal completes. Share your genuine experience and do not make commitments on Stellafai's behalf.

8. Charity option

An advocate organisation may ask Stellafai to make a company donation equal to its commission directly to an eligible charity recorded in the deal agreement. Stellafai will verify the charity independently and may decline an ineligible choice. If payment cannot be completed, the organisation has 30 days to nominate another eligible charity. The advocate cannot claim Gift Aid on this company donation; no particular tax treatment is promised.

These terms explain the programme. A completed deal agreement identifies any approved entitlement for a particular customer. Please raise questions with Cara before accepting if anything is unclear.
